This State Specific Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to consumers and households (“you” or “your”) who are residents of U.S. States that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and Utah. It pertains to the personal information we collect through our website and the services we offer and describes your rights and choices with respect to the processing of your personal information under the applicable state laws. This Notice does not apply to Madhive, Inc. (“Company”) employees. It also does not apply to individual business information collected from you in your capacity as an employee of our media or supply partners. This Notice is in addition to the information in our general privacy policy, which can be found here (the “Privacy Policy”). In case of any conflicts between this Notice and the general privacy policy, this Notice shall prevail. Capitalized terms not defined in this Notice are defined in our privacy policy.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with our website or through our services:

  • Identifiers such as an IP address and device IDs (e.g. mobile device IDs, CTV device IDs).
  • User agent strings.
  • Interest information (i.e., profiles) stored and/or used on the Platform by partners and Customers.
  • Logfile information regarding a user’s interaction with a Customer’s digital properties.
  • Non-precise geolocation data (e.g., city, postal code).
  • For Partners, Customers or anyone filling out a form via the Website and/or requesting additional information about Madhive, we may collect: name, title, phone number and email address.

As required by applicable laws, our Privacy Policy includes, in more detail, the categories of the information we have collected, disclosed and/or shared in the last 12 months. This includes the sources of the information, as well as the business purposes for its collection, sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information of known minors under the age of 16.

Your Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and Utah have specific rights regarding their personal information, as detailed below.

If we received your information from one of our media buying customers, you will need to make the request directly to that media buying customer, unless they have authorized us (as their service provider) to respond directly to you.

  • Right to Access—You have the right to request access to the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources of this personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed this information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold.
  • Right to Correct—You have the right to request that we correct any of your personal information that we store.
  • Right to Delete—You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we possess on you, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information—You have the right to “opt out” of the sharing or sale of your personal information to third parties (as defined by the applicable laws). You may exercise your right through the following link on the bottom of this page.
  • Right of No Discrimination and No Retaliation—We shall not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your rights under any applicable law.
  • Right to Appeal—Residents of Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia have the right to appeal if you disagree with our response to any request or if we decline to take action regarding any request under the applicable laws.
