Privacy Notice for California Residents

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) applies to California consumers and households (“you” or “your”) whose personal information we collect through our website and the services we offer, and describes your rights and choices with respect to the processing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This Notice does not apply to MadHive, Inc. (“Company”) employees or job applicants. This Notice controls to the extent it conflicts with any provision in the main body of the Company’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Notice are defined in our Privacy Policy.

    : if the ownership of the Company or an affiliate or their respective assets changes as a result of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, information may be transferred to another company. The acquiring companies may only use information in accordance with this Notice.

    : You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights. The Company will not treat you differently for exercising any of the rights described above.
