US State Privacy Notice

This US State Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to consumers and households (“you” or “your”) who are residents of U.S. States that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Utah. It pertains to the personal information we collect through our website and the services we offer, and describes your rights and choices with respect to the processing of your personal information under the applicable state laws.

This Notice does not apply to MadHive, Inc. (“Company”) employees, nor does it apply to individual business information collected from you in your capacity as an employee of our media or supply partners. This Notice supplements our general privacy policy, which can be found here (the “Privacy Policy”). In case of any conflicts between this Notice and the general privacy policy, this Notice shall prevail. Capitalized terms not defined in this Notice are defined in our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

If we received your information from one of our media buying customers, you will need to make the request directly to that media buying customer, unless they have authorized us (as their service provider) to respond directly to you.

  • Right to Access—You have the right to request access to the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources of this personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed this information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold.

  • Right to Correct—You have the right to request that we correct any of your personal information that we store.

  • Right to Delete—You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we possess about you, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information—You have the right to “opt-out” of the sharing or sale of your personal information to third parties (as defined by the applicable laws). You may exercise this right through the link found on the bottom of this page.

  • Right of No Discrimination and No Retaliation—We shall not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your rights under any applicable law.

  • Right to Appeal—Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, and Connecticut have the right to appeal if you disagree with our response to any request or if we decline to take action regarding any request under the applicable laws.

To exercise your rights detailed above, please submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing us at compliance@madhive.com and provide your full name, email address, IP address, and the type of request you are making (e.g. access, deletion, etc.). Before completing your request, we may request additional documentation or information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity.
